At Happy Little Finds, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not require customers to return items. This helps keep costs low and the process simple for you.


Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing.


Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times may vary. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or high demand are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. We will do our best to assist you.
